Front Coil Springs

The coil springs are engineered with a unique design where the first three coils measure 19mm and the last four coils measure 21mm. The spacing between the coils has been carefully adjusted for optimal performance. The first three coils are spaced closer together to ensure a smoother, more comfortable ride during normal driving conditions. The wider spacing in the last four coils provides enhanced stability and greater support, especially during rapid acceleration or when encountering sudden jolts

Webco Leaf Spring

• Tapered Leaf Ends - To reduce the inter-leaf friction & to improve pressure distribution in the load bearing area.
• Bolt Clip Liners - To reduce noise & friction.
• Inter-Leaf Graphite Coating - For further reduction of friction.
• Shot Peened & Scragged Tested - To reduce stress & ensure longevity.
• Leaf Inserts Pads - For further reduction of friction.
• Bolt Clips & Military Wraps - To prevent leaf spread & provide safety.
